I hope to learn CPR soon, thanks for the video, really informational. I like how you use the AED and shared with your team leader about the problems and positivity that you guys faced.

Hello, I was just cleared to begin my partial weight baring on my ankle, how long to I have to wait till I can transition to one crutch only? Or can I begin with one right way?
Its a training video for Christ sake to all the negative Nancy's 🤦🏾♀️
I can stop using my walker today, it’s literally like I’m stuck, I’m so used to my walker so this video kinda helps me.
Easy to do when you’re not injured
EXACTLY
I have a walking boot I broke my ankle and have a long plate with screws I have the boot on but I still have 3 cracks lil tiny ones they told me to walk on my top with the boot or heal

It’s a very good teaching video.
acute scleroderma
What code is that calm
Just doesn't work like this at all. Had ilizaroth frames on both legs and both feet for 15 months and just now got boot on my right. Doesn't go as it does in the video lol not at all. No longer much pain but can't walk on tip toes as I imagine anyone with a boot can't ??? This woman had her whole weight on her tip toes......
Agree. I have the boot too. It definitely helps to some degree as I can't wear shoes right now, but if I put any weight on the tip toes I can definitely feel pain.
Back when I was hospitalized while I found out I had cancer I woke up one night aspirating mom was staying with me so she ended up having to push the emergency call button and I ended up being rushed to icu and intubated that was literally one of the worst nights/mornings of my life and when I was transferred to the hospital from what everyone said later on doctors and such I was at the end stages of life because of not being able to eat plus all the weight I lost it was so bad for the longest I couldn’t stay awake it was a horrifying experience, I’m cancer free now after 35 rounds of radiation and 7 rounds of chemo, although next doctors appointment I have to tell my doctor about what happened last night cause it might be something they may want to check into since what happened involved getting light headed blacking out and falling backwards, it’s always good to inform your doctor of any abnormalities or incidences, anyway y’all be safe and stay healthy.
First comment in 7 years🎉🎉🎉 my grandma is on cane and walker and someday grandma sometimes need a wheelchair 🦽
Oxygen on right away!!
How much should a person do this a day
I noticed the ambubag is fixed on the Pt while chest compressions going on
😢😢😢😢😢💔☝️
What are the chances people pull through after a code anyway?
Nobody checked for IV access right away? They were really slow with turning to put him on a backboard. How do we know the patient is not acidotic? Hes probably super acidotic from not breathing LOL. And that bp cuff should probably be on the patient the while time to cycle the bp.
Other criticisms are fair but we already know patient has no BP and any reading you get is from the chest compressions. You cant even use the BP cuff to determine ROS because it’s too slow. The BP criticism is pretty useless tbh.
Luckily my common sense has me walking like this, i just came to make sure she is teaching others to do so also.
I hope my sister NEVER ends up working at a place like this! I don't care if this was just training, they need to do better!
Around the 8:00 mark, nurse mentioned pt lung sounds indicated rales, yet they give a 500 ml fluid challenge?
OMG HE TURNED INTO A DUMMY!
O2 inhalation maamsy
Cpr must always be done on hard surface where possible

CPR technique is very bad those chest compression not god at all
As a paramedic try doing all of this by yourself pushing drugs, compressions, readings EKG while trying to radio med control and holding on for dear life while a new emt doesn’t know where to go because he’s using Apple Maps to nearest er.
Thank you for what you do.
Medics are the best. Thanks for your service! ❤️💪🏼💪🏼
Thank you!!
and put on the leads in seconds. You guys impress me every time I'm in an ambulance. Your work doesn't go unnoticed man, you guys are more competent than 90% of the workforce.

these are not high quality compressions because the matress is not fixed the patient moves up and down so chest is not compressed or recoiling completely the bed should be stable and harder than that
I'm confused. It's a witnessed arrest, no pulse, no breathing, pt is in vtach, shouldn't the first thing you do is deliver a shock? Why bother putting on the pads?
If you know the patient has entered VT, within 15 sec you can deliver 3 shocks, but the patient was already in VT when the pads went on so you don’t really know how long they’ve been in VT for. That’s my guess.
