City Daylight
So yeah, I copied the American minimalists a little bit (just a little though)

Auth Zero - Sonatina no. 3 (arr. J4CK13)
มุมมอง 942 หลายเดือนก่อน
This sonatina originally written for piano is energetic and agitated but at times lyrical and steady. Orchestrating it proved to be challenging at times since it can switch up moods a bit too quickly, leaving little room for transitioning material. But it is nonetheless a very fun piece to listen and I am very happy with how the orchestration turned out! The author himself, Auth Zero, always sh...

I was challanged by the original creator of this lovely piano miniature to orchestrate it. The creator herself confirmed that I did a decent job, so hooray for me! Senico Ocines - Forgotten Princess (from 4 fairy tales, arr. J4CK13)
มุมมอง 623 หลายเดือนก่อน
This short piece originally written for piano charmed when I first heard it and so I decided to try and orchestrate it as quickly as could. I managed to finish it in some 2-3 hours, so I'd say that's a decent result! The creator of the piece: senicoocines (on Discord) #orchestra #fairytales #cover #orchestration
Ravel - Sonatine, movement 3 (arr. J4CK13)
มุมมอง 1163 หลายเดือนก่อน
The 3rd movement is the most technically challenging of the 3 with fleeting arpeggios and constant movement. It proved to be quite challenging while I was orchestrating it, but I finally managed to finish it! #ravel #sonatine #orchestral #orchestration #cover

Ravel - Sonatine, movement 2 (arr. J4CK13)
มุมมอง 943 หลายเดือนก่อน
The 2nd movement is a warm little minuet that has always reminded me of a pleasant walk through the woods. Of course the beauty in non-programmatic music like this is that people can think of any kind of pleasant scenario that this piece reminds them of. #ravel #sonatine #orchestral #orchestration #cover

Ravel - Sonatine, movement 1 (arr. J4CK13)

This little piece is one of the pieces that Ravel never orchestrated, so I decided to give its emotional melodies a little breath of fresh air through the sound of an orchestra. And yes, I do plan on orchestrating the other 2 movements as well... eventually... #ravel #sonatine #orchestral #orchestration #cover

this sounds so good, you definitely should orchestrate the whole piece!
This is beyond excellent. I'm truly blown away.

Good thing there may or may not be more coming sometime in the future...
Awesome!
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!
Amazing!!
Thank you!
I like the quartal chords
The quartal chords say they like you too!
Sounds great!
Thanks, I'm glad you like it!
I see you're also a proponent of having the trumpets above the French horns in the score... _join me in the reform_
It has always baffled me since the trumpets have a higher playing register than the horns. To me it would be like placing flutes below clarinets
@@jck4134 Well in ye olden times, the horns used to be considered another wind instrument in old scoring, so composers just kept the tradition by placing them close to the winds
@@SpaceGuyMusic I didn''t know that. Thank you for enlightening me!
Unfortunate that MS doesn't do well with expression, but I suppose you get what you pay for with the program You bring out the right colours with this orchestration from the original piece; it's quite nice
Thank you! I try to bring the program as close to realism as possible, but it will always have moments where it very clearly shows that it's a program and not a real orchestra
Good stuff. Especially love the percussion, it really adds a lot. And is very Ravel.
Thank you! It makes me happy to hear that I managed to give his piano piece a bit of his orchestral style!
Great orchestration!
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!
Mary Supremacy xd
Apologies for prolonging the video and extra 10 seconds, I just didn't want it to accidentaly be posted as a TH-cam short. And please go check out Mary James' channel! She makes some very good arrangements, piano and chamber pieces!
No way, Senico's arrangement
Unbelievable, right?

My favourite Rach's Etude Tableau! Great work

Thanks you! I'm very glad you like it!
Excellent job lad! easily one of the best orchestral remix of Graze the roof, keep it up the good work!
Thank you very much! I am glad you liked it!
Thank you for this wonderful orchestration. ❤
No problem, I'm glad you liked it!
Is there any way I can access the score ?
It is a great arrangement, and reminds me a bit of Vaughan Williams. It would win a rap battle with the piano version and seems to need a film to go with it!
Thank you for the kind words, I am glad you loved it!
this is brilliant! would love to hear the full thing!
Thanks, I'm glad you loved it! I might just give it a shot at orchestrating the whole sonata someday!
huge

Magnificient !

it kinda makes you wanna poop id say it's a success
Bruh, today's music is way too abstract, smh my head.. 😮💨 We need more concrete music in our lives 🥺😩😫
Very nice , very good orchestration
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!
Damm i love it, straight to my dnd sesions with my boys
Thanks! I'm glad you loved it
sounds great
This is really good, good job, but the volume is a little low
A perfect cover for a perfect track. Graze the Roof will never not be nostalgic, no matter how it's delivered.
Thanks,I'm glad I could share this nostalgia with others!
And for everyone who sees this, please go check out Laura's channel that I've linked in the description, she's still making absolute bangers!
did she deleted his channel?

Thanks!
P.s have you heard daphnis et chloe?
Yes I have! My favourite from that ballet is definitely ,,Lever du Jour''
Wow. Ravels style shines through 😮. Subscribed
