No, talent is most important

I am the opposite of a workaholic, but I work with many of them and it makes life uncomfortable for me.

The video is very informative however I feel that Universities offering Education programs including collages that offers early childhood development should focus more on inclusive education. Imagine we trained students to be inclusive teachers that acknowledges the basic rights and needs of the learner. We can do this!
