Mt. Pelia Innovative Solutions LLC is a multi-faceted company focused on agriculture, both small-scale and commercial. Founder John Cole started the company in 2010 with a vision of a small, family-oriented business that would allow him to use experience and education in agriculture and engineering to develop and market ag products and renewable energy devices. Several websites have been developed which allow the company to have a world-wide reach. In January of 2013, Mt. Pelia Innovative Solutions LLC added the Lee Manufacturing Company branch of the company. Lee had been run since the 1940s in Dallas, TX. The company specializes in kitchen and garden products specifically related to fresh produce preparation and processing. Over 4 million of the original Lee Corn Cutter and Creamer have been sold since the product was patented in 1942. This TH-cam channel provides demonstrations and information for our products and services. We also take a look at some products from other companies.

Phenomenal model! It's even more amazing that there doesn't seem to be any visible stringing between the columns, at least from this time-lapse. How did you do it? Did you have to reconfigure the settings a lot to prevent stringing?
Honestly, I just used the Bambu Lab P1P PLA presets.

Im no expert at all, but on my old printer, when i had that happen, i used hit soapy water and iso alcohol on it and it worked great again.
So nothing to do with the poop chute?

He was making a part that attaches to the Bambu Lab poop chute and the part failed 😊
is that the original black textured PEI plate? if so, def replace it with the newer gold one. I had similar problems with some filament and the gold plate fixed it.
No it was the good colored PEI textured plate.

How do you remove the shredder? (Nevermind...I loosened the 2 screws so I could move the other pieces out of the way and was able to tap enough to move it downward.
Normally just tap it lightly with a hammer toward the slot opening. It should slide out.

How is it working out? I used Christmas tree tinsel to keep the birds from doing the amber hurd on my mail box. 9 feet from dollar tree, only used a couple of feet. Use only the sliver kind and in the shrubs around the mailbox. Your idea looks like it would do the job in an open area

I've had two of these and I tried using them with an electric drill for power, it really does speed up the process but the pea sheller's don't last long! The gears and the bushings are made of plastic and only last for a few bushels, not worth the $40 price tag! If these things had bronze bushings and gears they would probably last for years but sadly that isn't the case!
