thats not true....... you're probably thinking that because it is .7 from a DTY to an amanar, but that is the only time it happens

her start value will actually be a 17.0 every half twist adds 0.7 tenths and since her 1 1/2 twist is worth a 6.3 6.3+0.7=7.0
