Story: Gloomy was just having a nice day, all of a sudden, he got teleported to a clear box, filled with other plushies, he knew he was trapped, when someone walked by and started playing, he went for gloomy (there’s a billion of them in the machine, it’s the one that he won was the OG). Somehow after a few tries, gloomy was rescued and taken home by that guy.
This is so funny and cute. I love it!

What I love about the Oddworld finales is that unlike Metroid you aren't hauling ass through a stage on one last dash to get out of the facility before it blows. You are navigating the most dangerous areas and solving puzzles as the timer ticks. It ramps up the tension far more than a standard setpiece as you are contending with how fast you can solve a puzzle and Abe's slow animations. I'm always antsy as I try to run every chance I can.

Gloomy Bear is sooooo old already. I have some, one a action figure and a plush from Taito. But sadly you can't find anymore on Japan, if you find videos of years ago you can see how famous he already was. 😞
Did u know when u drop down into the board room u don't even have to kill the glukkons or the sligs. All u have to do is pull the gas shut off lever before they shoot and the cut scene happens even after they kill you lol.
lol as a kid that's how I did it on my first playthrough because I couldn't be bothered to do 3 UXB's in a row just to save one guy. I got the bad ending

Man I love the ending. Such a cool scene when Abe takes out all the glukkons. The fact that a paramite/scrab creature kills them after the glukkons were chopping them up for years makes it so much more impactful. The ending alone made all the frustrating levels worth it lol

Yea... I know what you mean. They seemed to have stopped distributing Gloomy Bears, I can no longer find any, and I've checked (most of) the best places in Osaka. It really sucks, but my wallet is thankful I guess. Haha! XD
