Just having some FUN on 2 Wheels! This channel was started so we could document our motorcycle trips and have them to look back on in the future to preserve those memories and maybe provide some entertainment/info for other bikers along the way!

Normally ride but trying this for a change
Harley in its natural habitat
😂
Good for you.
🙌
The Pig Trail is a nice road, but over rated in my opinion. 123, 341, 103, 74... all really good roads to ride. Hwy 16 would probably be on that list, if they would resurface the road. The same with old hwy 71.
👍🏻
I like the Pig Trail, but it can be a very busy road at times. They also seem to always be doing some sort of road construction. My favorite road in Arkansas is Push Mountain Road. Not a lot of scenery but a lot of great curves, and almost never busy!! I just completed a video from my last trip!! It is a road that after you complete it, you want to turn around and run it again. I enjoyed your video!!
👍🏻
I dislike big rallies!! I would rather visit outside of the rally.
Same here 👍🏻
If I had to say my best road to ride is AR Hwy 341, commonly known as Push Mountain Road!!
I don’t think I have done that one yet but will plan on doing it on our next trip up there👍🏻
@@Moto.Adventures3 You will enjoy it!!
@ 2:40 the old man could of told you some stories. Just have to listen.
👍🏻
A lot of it depends on the age group. When I was young it was Rally all the way and party. Now that I'm old I just want to see the sites and see what I passed when I was going a 130 mph. Those days are over. Just glad I can still be able to share some of the adventures with my grandkids. Be safe out there.
👍🏻
The only rally I go to is the local annual Toys For Tots ride, primarily because it's not about Harleys, it's about the kids, and they include non-Harley riders.
That’s great!👍🏻
No
👍🏻
I like rallies mainly to check out the major manufacturers new products. I don't like all the Credit-Glide owners that don't know to ride and trailer their bikes everywhere......those people are a menace on the road!
👍
Haven't been to a rally yet. Planning to go to the Ozark rally this year.
Haven’t been to that one yet either👍🏻
I have a very different attitude to checking tyre pressures on my car and my bike, yes my car has automatic pressure monitoring but with or without it I probably only physically check my car tyre pressures every couple of months, but always before a long journey. I ride my bike on average twice per week and I check the pressures every time and adjust if it’s only half a pound out. I’m always surprised how much the ambient temperature affects my bike tyre pressure. My oil level has to be checked hot, so I check that after every ride of 20 miles or more. Due to de-industrialisation here in the UK people seem a lot less mechanically minded than when I was a youth and they often don’t do basic maintenance tasks. I was watching a video the other day by a MotoVlogger who has over 250k subscribers, they went out on a superbike they hadn’t ridden for months and after a few miles realised the tyre pressures weren’t right. It turned out that the front was half the pressure it should have been. Good grief ! 🇬🇧
👍🏻
I use a broken handle off a hoe and give them a good thump. I can tell by the sound it gives off if I'm good or not. Old school way of doing it. Make sure the handle is made of hickory.
Seems to be a problem with puppy bikers. Everything needs to be infront of you rather than manually checking anything 😂😂😂 🇨🇦 to each their own I guess.
😂
🙌
I would like to see TPMS become mandatory on all new bikes.
👍🏻
I check before each ride. Habit. Had a valve stem crack and leak on the front. Tire looked normal but was critically low on PSI. Never trust a sight inspection. Takes a few seconds to test.
Agree 👍🏻
@@Moto.Adventures3 people either forget TCLOCS or get complacent. Takes nothing to do a pre ride inspection.
That very important. Make for a safer ride, make the tire last longer. To That's a very good subject Thanks for sharing. I check mine every Friday or at least once a week
Thanks 👍
100%
👍
I ride alone, but its because i have no friends oh well. Probsbly safer.
👍🏻
I have meet some folks and trust me I rather ride alone some bring drama for ur mama
What town/city? Thinking moving to Arkansas eventually
The area we were riding was between Eureka Springs and Russellville
Solo rides or one other rider MAX. That's the way I've been doing it for 30 years. Nothing but problems when you have a group.
👍🏻
Riding with more than 4 brothers is like herding cats. Two brothers who know each other is perfect. I know exactly what my closest brothers are thinking.
👍🏻
50 yrs in and 85% of my road riding has been alone I've been all over the US always happy times....
👍🏻
I’m a trauma nurse that rides. Riding in groups is far more dangerous than solo. I’ve seen many legs lost because of “buddy” rider.
👍🏻
I like riding solo too. Purchased my first Harley end of September 2022. Picked up a 2022 Heritage Softail. Have ridden street bikes since 1986. Owned all Asian bikes until the Heritage. Currently own two Asian bikes now along with the Harley, so own three bikes total right now. The Heritage gets all the riding love since purchase. All set to ride a little over 600 miles in one day come May from south east Pennsylvania to Myrtle Beach South Carolina for Myrtle Beach bike rally. Then planning on riding a little over 300 miles to Maggie Valley North Carolina to visit Wheels Through Time museum before heading home.
That sounds great!👍🏻
I ride solo almost exclusively. Apart from some tours with friends which were great when I was a lot younger, I think I prefer riding solo. It’s not easy finding friends who ride at about the same pace as you, which I think is the most important criteria 🇬🇧
Agree👍🏻
I prefer solo. Go where I want, stop when I want, stay as long as I want, change my plans on the spur of the moment, I can lose myself in my own thoughts as I cruise along. It’s my meditation time. If something happens, I’ve got my phone with me. If i get a flat, I’ll fix it.
👍🏻
I prefer riding with people who are sensible but like to have fun as well. But I mostly ride alone as I feel riding in groups is even more dangerous than riding solo. I see some group riders and it just makes me cringe.
Yes, agree I am definitely selective with any group riding because it can definitely be more dangerous than riding alone if they are not experienced and like minded.
I've been in the saddle for 40 years. I prefer riding solo. Group rides for a cause are great. I'm a member of the Patriot Guard. But there is something special with being alone in the wind.
👍🏻
Yes solo, or my bitch on the back. 🎉
