Liam and I started to build a new life in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. My husband and I moved from Fairfax to the country, fixing up the new home , planting, and building a Memorial Garden to our daughter, who passed away from covid in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We love cooking, learning a lot about how homesteading and growing vegetables garden, preserving food, and serving our new community.
