I was there. Fantastic gig.

Shame about the recording quality but this is one of my abiding memories of this festival this performance was recorded during a torrential rainstorm and every body was totally soaked The brilliant cover of one of my favourite. Radiohead songs helped make me feel drier and warmer. As Debbie Harry said later the same afternoon the crowd were wet and wonderful.

It is, well it fits in my jeans pocket in its case, bit of a squish though as it's not as slim as most modern compact cameras (approx 10x6x3cm). My particular model has been discontinued, most similar seems to be the TZ25. I've had it 3-4 years and I love it, I was recommended it as back then it seemed to be one of the best compacts for vids at gigs.

The sound is excellent. I'm quite interested in getting one after seeing this, and comparing it to the videos I took that night. Is it small enough to fit in a jeans pocket?

He was AMAZING and it was a brilliant gig, loved it! His voice sounded excellent too.

Thanks. It's really old and rather broken (Leeds festival a couple of years ago kind of killed it) but my camera is a Panasonic Lumix TZ7.

Do not despair, they're all back on there now (all of BS & IL too, what was I thinking)! Had to make room for Opposites though & it's right down to the wire with my old iPod. Had a feeling when I didn't recognise the start, it must be something rare and I'd regret not recording it when I got home and figured out what it was. I love Victory too (disk two was my fave), though since seeing them live I've been hammering 'Sand'.

Only a few made the cut?!?! saying this sentence hurts my soul. Thank you for posting this by the way and the fact you left the camera on even tho you didn't recognise it is commendable :) Victory is my fav from the new album and to be followed by this is brill!

I am so jealous, wish I was going again. I got there about an hour and a half before doors and there was hardly any queue. This gig wasn't sold out though and the floor was v quiet. :( If I'd had my wits about me when I got in I could have been much closer. Was on the barrier next to James' runway, 4-5 ppl along from where it bent of from the bit directly in front of the stage. I recon if B'ham is anything to go by you'll need to be much earlier to get a decent spot. /longwinded ENJOY!

@harrietfreya My pleasure! I couldn't see a thing either, really wish I'd arrived earlier (hadn't even realised Tim was on, thought he was there on the Sat). I totaly agree he should have been on a bigger stage, he could easily have filled one of the larger tents.

Tim was the highlight of my weekend!! Thanks for videoing this!! That tent was mental, he should have been on the NME stage, more room!! Couldn't see a THING haha!!
