Much better version

This song would've been great transition between serious songs like "Heroine" and "Break My Heart" and the lighter fare like "You're History". It's so catchy that I can't quite figure out why it wasn't included. (This photo is also more appealing and intriguing to me than what was chosen for the album cover.) My only guess is that perhaps Marcella was featured a bit too prominently on this track-this project was meant to be Siobhan's and it was only a while afterward that they became a duo (as reflected in the cover art of their singles).

I've always suspected that possible contributing factors why this song was only a bonus track on the CD and never released as a single, despite its catchiness, might be that the anger in the lyrics may have been directed towards Bananarama and/or Stock Aitken Waterman-or perhaps more generally against highly commercial, beauty-focussed pop. A lot of the other songs, including "You're History", might be too. But this one is more vicious and specific.

I think this should've been a single! Brilliant!!

Just epic!! What a great mix. Such a missed opportunity for this to be a single. I can see the video now like in the Eurythmics video for "I Love To Listen to Beethoven" where Annie Lennox turns into her alter ego. In my mind I can totally see Siobhan turning from her original "Break My Heart"-look into her Baby Jane-look in a catsuit and going all nuts in that room!! Maybe we should start a campaign to make this happen!!

Primitive Love made it to the album. Could You be Loved made it to the album. Dirty Mind received a questionable remix and single release and yet THIS was consigned to obscurity until now. Go figure.

Why wasn't this the final single from Sacred Heart ? It's so much better than Dirty Mind. It's such a good song

Siobhan Fahey looks a lot different then what she did in Banarama, with her dark black clothes and hair and make up she looks like a evil person or someone out of the Adams Family.

I always thought this track in the album version was my little secret - like in a parallel universe where I was in a label position this would have been a single. HCD apparently did too. This, is everything I could have wanted it to be. Thanks for posting!

Wow, this is such a brilliant song, pity didn't make it on Sacred Heart as that is their best album by far.
