I'M SORT OF BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!! : DDD

yeah so long story short my old pc imploded and it took me over a year to get a new desktop, but HUZZAH, i have one now !!! so here's some REAL Rough WIPS to show you guys what i've been up to on the sidelines. the last thing i was able to upload or render before my computer fell apart was my "don't come to the woods" mep part for keyinei, so if anyone was wondering why it looked odd, that's why !!! i barely got it rendered before everything collapsed. T_T i had sooo many projects i had to upload still.
i want to personally apologize for anyone who was waiting for the "brown eyes and backwoods" mep, i wanted to make it happen but it fell through. ;_;
hopefully this will be a new start in more ways than one. i want to start editing again and trying to be more active, which is kinda hard for me lol. if any of you guys want to connect over animash // want to help me regain my library of movies and effects, please don't hesitate to hit me up !!! ♥

I'm sad none of these got finished, your editing style is one of my favorites in the animash community, your ideas are so unique and the execution is beautiful! even though it was just experimentation I really like the scamp mv's effects and the scenes you used!

It's so good to see your editing again! boys will be bugs always reminded me of bambi and you showed how well he fits this song, bambi has so much personality, he's so cuteeee. the crossover idea at 1:12 was GENIUS!! omg you portrayed that so well and so smooth. The part with bambi letting the ladybug go from the web 😭ahhh that 1 is definitely my fav of the bunch and I hope you get inspired enough to finish it! I haven't seen wolfs rain since like...2013/2014 but god this anime still hurts. Fake ass friends was SO GOOD!! so much hype, I forgot how good the fight scenes are in wolfs rain. I love the border effects for are you listening :) that song is so peaceful..I'm a sucker for that genre of songs and they always feel so good to edit to. I hope you're able to get everything you need to edit again! I just built a new PC in march so I understand the pain of getting everything back! I still don't have everything because of lazyness haha.

EXACTLY, I have the same damn mindset with projects, if I don't get most of the project done in 1 go then I usually leave it and never finish it PFF, and with art related amvs it's the same way but WORSE, they take so much longer in my mind than just slapping animash clips together, because drawing 1 picture can take hours, especially with backgrounds oh my lord. It's such a bad mindset to have but I get way too impatient :( and I LOVE your art pmvs/amvs too and wish I could commit to something. and yes of course!! I don't have wolfs rain and I realized all my MLP episodes are gone...ughhhhhh I have redownloaded those episodes so many times i hate myself lol. I'm probably missing a couple movies as well lul. apparently my after effects no longer works because adobe detects now when it's not legitimate? crazy!

i'm so sorry about your old PC! that sucks so bad, but i'm so glad you're still working on stuff. the lipsynch for boys will be bugs is insane! and the effects for alien blues look really nice. also all the rest of them?? holy shit they work so well with the music set to them. set it off is just so well timed to what you've got with it. i've never seen the show it comes from so its was just REALLY funny how wolf guy just jumps into that huge ass hole in the ground like he's in minercaft and there's water at the bottom. so glad to see the stuff you're working on again fawn!
baaah don't feel too sad abt my computer-- she was an old alienware that was running on windows 7 !!!!! she lasted me well over 8 years i think ??? it was NUTS... i was surprised she even lasted that long because alienware got bought out by dell by the time i got one lmfao ( dell sucks me and my homies hate dell ) !!!!!!! THANK U SO MUCH FOR THE LOVE ON THE PROJECTS TREE !!!!! ;.; ♥ i love editing it's just adult me doing what middle school me always dreamed of gahaha !!! the wolf anime is called "wolf's rain" and it's a two season series made by Bones !!! ( same studio as cowboy bebop, fullmetal alchemist, space dandy, etc !!! ) it's my favorite by them personally-- and the writer for it, Keiko Nobumoto, passed away in '21 so i made sure to rewatch all of it before i started editing with it again. . . it is a TRIP !!! i love the series so so so much and i have a drive file of all the episodes if you would like to watch it or download it for yourself. it never got a full 1080p resolution release ;_; wah

meant to comment on this ages ago, LOVE the special edition lore drop, it makes soo much sense that todd has got some magic aura going on...probably drawing power from the local sigils aka the neon club decals. i'm so impressed how you managed to include all those particles/art assets with such busy clips and still have the whole sequence super legible AND fun to boot, the lighting + colouring was perfectly done also. the particles and purple glow aura coming off of the flower in the last two clips...delicious little detail, chefs kiss. thank you for helping to make this MEP so rewatchable!!
