I believe it is possible that Boston College Head Coach Bill O'Brien will replace Kalen DeBoer as the HC at 'Bama within the next 2 seasons. DeBoer is a great coach who does not fit in with the Alabama landscape. The Tide faithfull vocalize such a bias against Coach DeBoer I cannot see them giving him enough time to succeed. DeBoer's head coaching record when he took the Alabama job was 105 wins and 12 losses. That is the same record that Knute Rockne had at Notre Dame, 105-12. On the other hand, when Paul Bryant returned to Alabama in 1958 as the head coach he possessed a 91win and 39 loss HC record, compiled at Maryland, Kentucky, and Texas A&M. From 1958 thru 1969 at Alabama Bryant won 102 and lost 22. All of this puts DeBoer in fine company but in my view he would be better off at Colorado, Penn St., or Stanford if and when an opening does arise. As for O'Brien, he's a man's man whose record of accomplishment speaks for itself.

Bama fan here we played all year with 3 running backs and no QB. 2 of them very seldom got to touch the ball. When you run the wildcat play every time the other team knows how to defend it

BS. If you look at any game that he struggled and there are receivers runn wide open and all he does is stare down where he wants to throw. He's an excellent athlete but he is not a good passing qb. Him not finding open guys is the reason for most of the transfers including the running back. With milroe in the game traditional running game is abandoned because no defense is scared of his arm and mind. They all load up to stop the run. I'm not trying to make excuses for the o-line but with the box stacked and sending pressure on every play makes it very difficult for a line to hold up

Coaching, not making a change at Quarterback. When Milroe can't move the team Coaches should've benched Him.

As talented as Milroe was his record at Bama was one of the Worst for a starting QB with 2 seasons as starter. Going 21-6 is embarrassing and shows just how Inconsistent Milroe was and I like the young man but that was an Underperforming Record

I support Coach DeBoer, Alabama is fortunate to have him. He said before the season started "there's going to be up & downs with growing pains". I'm just a fan, that knows rushing only 3 has never worked at Alabama. Applying pressure, effecting the QB increases poor decision increases turnovers. Decades now that shuttle pass turn explosive against Bama's defense. This fan has no say so in Team's functions and/or decisions. Remember hearing all the things Coach DeBoer wouldn't be and/or do successfully. Well he absolutely did impressively. Honestly, hes exceeded realistic expectations winning 9 games. Sure didnt feel like it though. This "NEW ERA COLLEGE FOOTBALL" Momma said "if you haven't something nice to say then do say anything at all". Believe and support Coach DeBoer! RTR !!

IMO, Some players allowed distractions to interfere with maintaining the standard of winning. BAMA, was capable of beating any Team in the Nation. Had the talent and depth. Not the discipline of doing the next right thing. To become the best version of yourself creating value as an athlete with aspirations of playing at the next level in the league. Demands sacrifices, can't believe the "rat poison" and complacency is forbidden.

No one on this side of football has an ounce of ideas of what Alabama football should do. We should support the team (and coach) in a positive manner with gratitude for the past & future of Bama Football.

I was never a Milroe fan. I always thought that if he could run he would be successful but he had a tendency to get antsy feet when pressured. I think Ty Simpson needs to be given the chance. Even Bryce Young sat behind Mac Jones as a freshman. Keelon needs to learn before he takes over.
