My personal casita is off grid, a water truck bring the water, and that is good for showers and washing dishes. I use filtered water for cooking and drinking.

@@marcojimenez5555 yes, places like Sicily and southern Italy 🇮🇹 have amazing deals because of the dying population…. The positive side of Baja is that this is only 120 miles from the U.S. border, immigration is less restrictive, unfortunately Italy doesn’t allow US citizens , I Canadians (I believe) to stay over 90 days and then you must be out for 90 days… it is kind of difficult if you want to stay there longer. You would need a nomad or other types of visa…. Mexicans stamp an immigration card and I’m good for 6 month, and before it gets expired I stamp it again…. So I can stay here potentially forever. That’s my thoughts

I’m not a Mexican resident… a US citizen though from Ukraine… and you I’m sure heard about what is happening in Ukraine for the last few years… so yeah not too scared, but you are right, to be aware never hurts… do you think Mexico is going left?

@@Antimaga000 good morning, this particular townhouse has no parking for rv, but… there’re some other properties that have it. For example this inexpensive off grid - solar system casita has plenty parking space, it is located on a large corner lot: th-cam.com/video/QDH3qxGwKOE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=cEirrjjZW2gK9xNJ If off grid is not your cup of tea or you looking for something more exquisite, we have many other properties to consider. I’m going to go and try to do a video review of a property with rv space. Meanwhile, please let me know if you if would consider a property with solar system or it must be only city electricity/ city water property. Also let me know your budget and your other requirements. @@sanfelipebcmexico Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought there is an area of EDR where you can store an RV for free. Granted, it's not parking right next to the condo but it is a place to store one.

@ there’s a large parking area crosses the street from condos in La Ventana, yes. I see some boats and campers parked there. I’m not 100% sure it is free or if it for the residents but yes it is there. If you’d like I can find out for you.

@@sanfelipebcmexico No....I don't need to know. There was a question about there being an RV space available and, I believe, there is RV parking available for residents but it won't be at the house/condo....I was just trying to help the poster with that question.
