This looks like the typical sloppy "service job" I regularly fix when customers send me machines that have come from a shop who didn't know what they were doing (and often make things worse). Oil applied on top of old oil and randomly splattered all over, and grease in places where there shouldn't be any. Literally nothing was accomplished in the video other than cleaning dirt off the motherboard. With machines this old, they really need to be at least partially disassembled and fully cleaned down to the bare surface, and then fresh synthetic (and only synthetic) lubes can be applied. This machine in particular is in horrible shape and needs a complete rebuild.
