No grease should be inside the casing where the anode goes into, the only grease in the anodes should be the screw that connects the anode with the anodes base to prevent corrosion, this will prevent headaches in the future.

I totally agree with you my friend and unfortunately the relays can’t be replaced separately, they are intergraded with the harness, I’m sure we could’ve fabricate something however sometimes is good to replace with original parts and yup sometimes this will cost an arm and a leg!!

I love this fins however the side channels will separate from the actual carbon fiber center if you don’t glue them, but that’s an easy fix. I got the soft ones, is very easy in your knees for those long diving days.

Yup, I believe I show in this videos all the anodes on the motor including the block, I will soon make a video replacing the ones on the lower unit and bracket, I replaced those last year and they still in good shape. We were using a couple of Star rods (Plasma II) 7 foot, fast action with 3500 Penn spin fishers reels. They work awesome back water and off shore also. But my favorite is Temple fork 6’9 casting rod with a 3000 Shimano Nasci, also very good for some offshore medium game fishes. For braid I use the brand called (Beyond Braid) really good stuff. Is very rare that a fish would have ciguatera, there is no method to test a fish for ciguatera and all of those myths methods like cutting a piece and feeding it to the ants is just an old myth lol that’s not true. In fact any fish can be sick with ciguatera but like I said is very rare. I also know that fishes in the gulf area are less likely to have ciguatera. I’ve been eating barracuda since I was a little boy back in cuba and 36 years later I yet have to get sick with ciguatera. So you don’t have anything to worry about 👍.
