But you don't make any boost.. I doubt the carburator will work on boost. I've got the same carb and a amr500 but with the carb before the supercharger. Running 0.45 bar boost.

Yes, we are running without intercooler right now, so far no issue
this type of supercharger are handy and easy to mount so no intercooler required
