You really can’t escape SNES Mario Circuit 3 lol. In addition to these there’s also a version in Tour and a custom track in GP 2 (yes an arcade game custom track). Not a fan of this track personally but it being so widespread is admittedly impressive lol.

That glitch happens when you swing your tanooki or raccoon suit tail about 1/12 of a second after you collect the 1 up,retro game mechanics explained already made a video that explained the glitch

Lemme explain it to you: We're still doing some research here, but the general consensus *among us* is that it's just a glitch. Simply wag Mario's tail 5 frames (1/12sec) after the "1UP" symbol appears. Done right, the sound effects will conflict and the longer "version" will play.
