The lyrics is about the singer trying to help someone he loves to overcome their suicidal thoughts. the way that I imagine it is akito is fully aware and seeing his sister's mental health hit an all time low and tries his best to help her as he does in the story. Behind all his rough words and personality he still cares for ena so he does his best to help steer her away from hurting herself (or in this case taking her life) as a result of the anguish that her art brings to her. This is very much all familial I just miss the silly two
