A terribly clumsy layout, with a small dining table jammed at the foot of the stairs. And small-2 bedrooms means 3 or 4 inhabitants, so you can’t have company for a meal (unless someone wants to eat in the bathtub). And a dark, windowless bedroom? A disproportionate amount if the 1200sf is lost on aisles and hallways.

Sorry, but for 3million, that was a bit underwhelming. The bedrooms seemed small, the bathrooms seemed small and that initial entry was a total miss. I don't think I could truthfully describe the views as "great" either. The curved living space was nice but again for that price, I would seriously expect a separate dining room. With only two bedrooms and only 2000 sq ft, you're not getting a lot of value for the money. YMMV
