What a sweet gift from your hubby! I too have always been a crafter - made all my kids' clothes when they were little, got into mosaicing - made mirrors and sold a lot of them. Paint-by-numbers - love doing them and have a gallery wall of my paintings - just gorgeous. Then first just personal journaling, then started making journals. And yes the Christmas "crud" is going around here in the states also - stomach flu and just fever flues. I am staying away from everyone until the Christmas "crud" has run it's course.

I think you have to do what your heart tells you to do. I don't need to know what videos you plan ahead of time. Lovely to see you ❤ I'm on my 4th day of flu 😢 I did manage to get dressed Xmas eve and xmas day to go out for a meal, but the rest of my time, been in bed. I'm hoping it goes quickly. Yeah, I'm also going to be cutting down, i think I've burnt self out a bit, but like you, I still love it. Also, I'm just going to do 3 videos a week now. Definitely not bringing anything new in apart from what I need.

Denise, you always make scraps look amazing! 😂 Trying to craft along again today, but what block. I think I put too much pressure on myself that these have to be done and out in tomorrow’s mail. Hi Denise, I really like this and think I might make one for myself. It looks so relaxing and good for days you want to craft but dont want to do a big project. Aww I love seeing babies in home knits, my 3 all had home knitted cardigans and hats etc. xx

😍❤️ should be lots of fun decorating on this scrappy journal. We had an ice storm today. I was without electricity for several hours after a fallen tree branch took out a transformer. The ice storm was over several counties in our state so there were thousands of people with no electricity. It was not a fun day.

This is a fabulous way to clear one's desk or box. Instant scrappy journal. If I know you it is going to be fabulous ❤❤❤

Denise, I think you should do what is best for you and your nails. People are going to comment either way. Because it’s such a personal choice. I decided that I wanted them on because it hurts too bad to do anything without some structure. So I just keep them short, but with the extra strength of the acrylic. I am one of the few people who has not finished my holiday crafting. My legs have been hurting me so bad, not that that’s an excuse, but I haven’t been getting much done. I probably will do some last-minute shopping though I really didn’t want to. This is such an adorable little journal. I love how quickly you make these and how beautiful they turn out. I think for my fourth little journal, that I haven’t even started yet, I’m going to do something like this. Thank you for always being so inspiring! Hugs to Simba.❤️🤗

Hi Denise, Gorgeous snippet roll. Glad to hear that your blood results are back in range again, must be a relief. I have been a bit of a disaster recently, last Wednesday I was taking my daughters dog out for a walk and went out the back door. We have 4 concrete steps at the back door and he tugged me unexpectedly resulting in me going literally head first down the stairs. My son had come down to the kitchen and he heard the goings on and popped his head out to find me lying on the ground. I couldn't get up so thank goodness he was there to help me up. I had to go to hospital, got x-rayed etc and am now on crutches. I have to get the dressing on my knee changed every few days but I am on the mend now thankfully and so glad it was just my knee that got hurt as could have been so much worse. Sorry about the long essay hee hee. Never a dull moment xx
