Green Butter. You can strain the chlorophyll out of the parsley, if you want to get the green tinge out of the butter. But green butter is cool!!

Riz l like your recipe but l have diabetes, l use wholemeal flour and no sugar because there is natural sugar in banana and also the milk. And they taste great. Keep on cooking catch you the next time. Neil.

Hi mark l don’t know if you can help me, but my mother used to make a braised ox tail and l carnt find her recipe. She has passed away ,l’ve tried to do it but it just doesn’t taste the same,maybe l don’t have the right ingredients if possible could you make one.

Interesting how different chefs/cooks do things differently. I always cut the breast from a whole chicken and leave a frenched shoulder bone attached to make a nice little handle...then flatten the breast and put chilled butter in before coating and pan frying.

Hi..I made this same recipe as you 2 nights ago and everyone loved it ..its now my go to deserts..the custards just to nice .. I doubled the ingredients and made 2 big pans full for our daughter ..when she comes to visit when this crazy lockdown is over .I also freeze mine ..thanks your a really good cook .Thank you enjoy with a hot cuppa 💙
