100% highly EXTREMELY encourage you to give 'The Hell' mod a try, ive been playing D1 since it came out and that mod is legit insanely good, adds cut content and some QoL

Arming unidentified weapons is the fashion of stupidity. They could be CURSED! True, curses can be removed but why risk it?

I don't believe I equipped any unidentified items, but maybe I did for a second. The good news is that in Diablo if the item is cursed you can just take it off - you don't need a magic spell to remove it like in Baldur's Gate!

The curses will have no effect until identification. Then just take the item off if it’s cursed. 😀
