You can now add clients & policies into Radius directly from your carrier commission statements in our Commission module. Click the plus sign, associate the proper client, set up the policy. You can even have an automated workflow notify your agents to review the person's file and make any necessary updates.

    Whatever you do, don't use lead 2 client. The software is just too buggy and after 4 months I had to cancel my subscription for the second time. They dont keep their promises either. Horrible experience and total loss for me. Good luck to all. CRM's are mission critical for us agents, so choose wisely

    Running a business is hard. There are tools that make it easier. Such a tool is the CRM program. I myself in my company use Firmao software. This program makes it easy for me to manage my company. It makes it easier for me to connect with clients and that's the most important thing. I can honestly recommend it.     I have entered commission and then it just dissapears. I actually run a report all the commision dates and amount are entered then I will go the next month to enter the new commissions and its all gone.......All that work for nothing I do not recommend this software

    Danielle, this is a great tool! I was testing it for myself. When I opened up my email, it kept on saying waiting for presenter. I was never able to get to screen share on my end thru my personal email. Does the sharer need to be the owner of the program?

      Yes, as the Radius User, you will share your Screen with your Leads or Clients.

    Can you guys change the tier year process. When you put in an amount when creating the product it auto puts it in when creating a client. Can we change it so it doesn't auto put it in
