In cases where you can't get omiarcab2, can topcab be used? And Matt paint for wall can omiarcab2 be used also , how many kg for wall Matt paint? Can it be used for coloured paints?

Here in the north, we use REFINED CALCO3 as substitute for Titan and also 15 kg of CALCO3. No kaolin. I don't know if is still okay
