Hello Dr, thanks for the informative video... In case , if a visiting surgeon has done a surgery, then will his name or the attending doctor's name will be on the discharge summary of the patient? Please reply.

Should we tell our name because interviewers already know about your name and have read your CV, and should we talk about the achievements because these are already in the CV? I have heard about different opinions on this Q! what is in your opinion on this, what is the most efficient way to answer this ? Thank you.
