Welcome to Jess Fitness! My name is Jessica and this is a workout channel with a real-time weight loss journey. I have been doing home workouts off and on throughout my life. I have NEVER had a fitness instructor that looked like me at my starting point--and that was sometimes daunting and discouraging. I am starting this channel to create a platform for all ages, weights, and shapes to feel comfortable and have an instructor who can create workouts to accommodate. My workouts are simple, but definitely effective. Come join me! There is NO excuse to be unmotivated because the moves are easy enough to not even be mad at!!---and will it allow you to stay consistent :) Let's get healthy together!!! Join me at least 4 days a week for our 10+ minute workouts. You deserve it!! Let's do this!!
