    Thanks for this! As an older professional, I am of two minds about this conversation -- hopeful, because you are having this discussion publicly and honestly, which is a huge improvement on the past, and exhausted that the same tropes like the whole "hair" thing, the "dog food" and automatic suppositions about poverty, scholarships, etc. are STILL being trotted out like the one trick ponies they are. Looking forward to hearing more!
