Thank you Donna! Happy July 1st to you too! I read that the stems turning that color is probably due to sunlight. Yes it could be disease, but most likely is from sunlight. I’m waiting patiently for the morning glories to bloom. Also the other flowers too. I didn’t make it to over to get my bloodwork done today. My ride fell through. But tomorrow is another day. It’s just the sooner I get the tests done, the sooner I will get results and get on a treatment plan. It’s hard when you have to depend on others to get you where you need to go. Hello Rebecca! I enjoy garden tours too! My garden isn’t perfect, but I’m having fun with it. Yeah herbs can be very invasive. I don’t plant mint at all for that reason. lol! That’s why I am planning on scattering the herbs throughout the garden but on the ground instead of the planters. Do you think that will work? I think I will use my mom’s raised bed next year for lettuce and greens. I know they do good in that planter as my mom used it for that. I’m excited about that zucchini squash plant! Thank you Kendra! It was very peaceful there. There was an occasional loud car, but it wasn’t bad. This is a Pennsylvania Dutch restaurant. They have some really great comfort food. Never tried squash in a planter before, but I think it’s going to work out fine. My herbs and greens are not doing great, but it did get hot very quickly and I think that might have something to do with it. I’ll try them again when it cools some in September.
