I love watching reactions like this! I was in fact alive when this album was released. I was in high school, on the school bus. The bus driver had bought this album on a CD, which was still pretty new at the time. He put in into his CD player that was connected to the bus' sound system and suddenly 25 kids on a school bus got totally silent. Everyone on the bus was like "Who is THAT?" and "Oh my God, her voice is amayyyzingggg!". So, Mariah Carey has been a star since the very beginning.

Three years 108,000 views 5500 likes why the hell 5500 likes? they were supposed to be reacting to a BTS song it doesn't even say what song and music video? it just says map of the soul 7 music. map of the soul 7 is not a song it's the name of their album that was released in February 2020. I didn't watch this video I skimmed it and I didn't see a music video. left my dislike. I'm going to go find a video by someone that knows how to do a reaction video bye!

I agree with basically everything you said!! It took me a lot of listens to warm up to the English singles, partly because I can't get past the fact that they're pretty blatantly a cash grab. (In an interview they said something about needing to do Dynamite because of the postponed/canceled tour.) It also irritates me so much that people clamor for them to sing in English (saying this someone from the States). The 2022 Festa video (which of course didn't come out for a while after PTD) really reassured me that BTS were still people I could trust and that the emptiness of these songs was at least partly related to their burnout. The lyrics in Yet to Come about not caring about trophies also helped a lot. As always, I really appreciate your honesty and I hope you're doing well these days :)

Really enjoyed listening to the album with you! I relate to your friend a lot because for a while I also didn't call myself ARMY even though I was very fond of them. For me, I realized that was because I felt shame around the word, but I managed to change my way of thinking and now consider myself ARMY. I also didn't like a lot of their songs the first several times I heard them, but because I care about them so much as people, the songs started to grow on me too.

좋아요 is my favorite track by far. Glad you decided to start at the beginning because they did change a lot
