❤
Only if they was playing traditional grip for the snare 😡
Brandon Shepherd there’s literally nothing wrong with playing matched grip for a high school line, especially one this good. It’s actually better in a lot of ways anyways....
Damn who wrote y’alls book
Sabian Carthen Doug Bush and Patrica Islas.
Listen to the whole Tenor feature at 1.25x speed
cedar park has almost the same note for note beginning the first minute in 2014

Man these kids play some TASTY beats! Who ever writes their book is amazing.
Great performance! I heard some quad logic Diddles for Decades influence in that long tenor break!
This is unreal
Did they get 1st?
Yes. They placed first overall.
The greatest memories I've ever had are with the drum line. The amazing things we've been through together are what make me proud to call you guys my family.
I'm happy dying now
The greatest performance I've ever had, hands down.

+Rocker Chick Ooh girl, you can play anything if you set your mind to it. I vibraphone 3 my freshman year! That's my glo-up 😂
Dude...absolutely incredible. Oustanding JHHS, outstanding.
Wonderful clarity of arranging! Nice tuning of the snare line and tenors; the two lines are very accessible from an auditory standpoint. Would like to hear more independent writing between snares and tenors, too much unison. On the Debussy, try using bows on the vibes to attain a greater sustaining quality; this would mean a vibe 1 and vibe 2 part. Also, might be time to invest in a set of crotales. Some of the soli passages given to the bass line might be better suited for the timpani. Well done!!!!
Yeah Bass
O can do better
Interesting concept... A Drumline with Woodwinds?? I mean, it's great... but... Confusing.
why are they so good?! qq
