haven't uploaded in forever ik. Didn't want to put this on my main channel so here it is. Made using just Premiere Pro, along with paint.net, Alci's SAAT sound extractor, DYOM and amazing screenshot mods in GTA SA.

use 4k video downloader or something to download, and to use the video i'd recommend the corner pin tool in premiere pro
