Learning in the field you are interested in and then being creative and starting to build from small things to achieve greater success.
Dude.. all he did was use a high voltage generator, the key component, it works with just the damn battery, actually… a battery and a high v generator with some wires is a complete taser and super common knowledge. So all he did is make it chargeable and fit it in some plastic containers that looked ugly. I made the same components and a 18500 battery fit inside a cigarette pack, was pretty sturdy actually. That is a much more powerful version of this one.
