What bipod model is that?
Thank very much
@@RobertSmith-nx9xu no problem bud
Is it mounted correctly? Windage adjustment on mine is on the right side and elevation on the top. It makes a difference.
@@JeremiahBarbrey I got the new one and mounted it the same and it dialed in perfect. But now that you said that I looked and it does seem like the logo isn't correct but when it's like you say the nitrogen port is exposed. It didn't look right to me. The new one took 2 minutes of adjusting and now it dead on. Thanks for the info. I will mount it the other way with the old one and see if it makes it sight in. Thank you for watching!
Is it mounted correctly? Wise adjustment on mine is on the right side and elevation on the top. It makes a difference.
I wouldn't trust it with that ammo yet either. I like that it's hard to eject the magazine (I pocket carry it).Try different ammo. Mine is 100 percent with FMJ and Winchester Silvertip hollow points and my handloads. Also may need a break in. Mine didn't. It's not a Glock for sure but it's much smaller and lighter. Hard to make a tiny 9mm like this 100 percent reliable with all ammo . I can actually pocket carry this gun. I can't a Glock 42 or 43. Almost but snags on the back of the slide when drawing from my pocket. DB9 doesn't for ME. I personally wish it was beefed up in a couple of places. Another 2 ounces of weight in critical areas would be a plus. Slightly sturdier trigger would be nice. I shoot 25 rounds out of it a month (300 rounds a year).Shoot my bigger full size guns much more. My game plan is to make it a training gun only after every 900 rounds fired. I don't trust it to last long even though its been 100 percent reliable for a couple hundred rounds. It's cheap enough I will buy a new one every three years. I consider it a carry often shoot rarely 10 ft gun. Wish Glock would have made their 43 this size. Nothing wrong with being a Glock fan sir. They have EARNED fans
Hey brother. I am new to your channel Sir. Great unboxing Brother. I did get this little guy about 4 days ago Sir and I haven’t done my unboxing video yet, but I am definitely doing today God willing. Thanks 🙏 for sharing Sir. I think I have 5 CVLIFE scopes now and quite a few of their bipods.
@@FukuYTmark6 I think they have great products especially for the price
Great video! Because it depicts an everyday gun guy working on his gun - not a know-it-all expert. Also, had no idea what those holes were on my electrical pliers…lol Looking forward to more of your videos.
@@trevore.dickerson4522 thank you and thanks for watching
Probably a stupid thing to admit but in 18 years of low volt work I never knew wtf those holes were for on the pliers and always used lineman pliers to cut screws 😆
You have a stigmatizom. So do I. The Ceylee Cat optic is the only optic that I see a perfect dot and it also happens to be very affordable and very durable sight.
Starting at about 17:30, looking at the back of the pistol, the slide looks to be sitting on the frame all crooked. Is there something holding it up? LMK if you see what I'm seeing.
@@stevegillespie6424 it does look crooked on the video lol but it's not. I looked at it just now idk if it's bc the left side is filled in and the right has the missing space. Making it appear crooked ?? Good eye though thanks for watching
@@RidinWithRob Interesting. Just an observation. Good video. Never knew that about wire snips. I'll chalk that one away for future use.
Pull the trigger down as much as back. The trigger will be much, much better. If you pull straight back it is really heavy. It is a derringer not a 1911.
Thanks for the video, I was looking for at another plate carrier w/L3A sides cummerbunds. 2x L3+ plates additional cost for about $800. I purchased DEADLY THREAT body armor carrier w/front, rear, side plates.

My every day carry is a Glock 42 with Trijicon HD XR Night Sights and a 9 round ETS magazine fitted with an XGRIP for a full three-finger grip. I load the magazine with 8 rounds maximum, plus one in the chamber, to ensure 100% reliability. Ammo of choice is Underwood Extreme Penetrator 380+P. This combination has very little recoil, is very controllable and EXTREMELY accurate! I carry it 24/7 in a DeSantis Nemesis Pocket Holster and honestly it's so light and compact that I forget it's there. The best self-defense pistol is the one you never leave home without!
@@D.L.W. that's one reason I've stuck with it. its so lite. I carry it everyday front pocket with the DeSantis. It's very comfortable. I've been thinking of increasing the capacity. Thanks for watching! subscribe for giveaways
@@RidinWithRobHonestly, I wish Glock would step up to the plate and make a pistol like the S&W Bodyguard 2.0!
@D.L.W. they look nice but I've never had one to compare. I may pick one up one day.
What is the total weight as is? You said it was "heavy." What are we talking? Around 30 lbs unloaded?
@@jasonshallenberger 20lb with the front and back plates. When I added the side plates it made it 26lb. Unloaded. Thanks for watching.
@@RidinWithRob Nice! Thanks man! I went ahead and got the loadout with the side plates. I figured it would be around 30lbs. Still happy with it?
@@jasonshallenberger I am very happy with it. I have extra plates now so was planning on ordering another carrier. Just to have a back up vest.
The plates they sent me to shoot up in the other video.
Just ordered the same vest. Im very green about this stuff but looking forward to getting it rigged up. A video on how to do that would be great. Thanks

You need to read manual. No dry firing unless you’ve practiced and have spent shells in chamber it will deteriorate your BOND.

What scope
@@frankspivey3920 that one is the CVLIFE 3x9x40 with 11mm mount

@@MarcoTorres-e8z I got it from the mag shack it was a kci beretta 92fs 30 rd mag. You have to add that extra hole but after that it works great. It was cheap like 15 bucks. Thanks for watching.
Question, if it fails, can you use oem sights, or do they need to be replaced with taller sights because of the plate?
Ive been wondering about that, cant seem to find an answer.
I can see the sight thru the lense. so if the battery dies you can still aim. But because it's mos and a little lower. if it was mounted on top no mos cut you may need higher sights.
@ thank you
Just picked one pick 🔥
You may have astigmatism sir.

the screw that holds the mesh screen made of stainless steel too or is it plastic ?

Been researching carriers for a little bit and came across their AD on FB. Went to their website and was skeptical because of the low price. Reviewed a few videos including this one and convinced me that this was the carrier I was going with so I ordered the Urban Assault set-up with side plates. Great video!
I'm really happy with mine. It's a great deal for the price. Thank you for watching.
Those are disposable batteries brother...
@@smashingintexas765 I figured that out lol. I thought they were rechargeable when I bought it. Thanks for watching.
How many times are you gonna say that your trunnion is stamped 1971!? That Wasr was put together in the 2000s on an old Romanian parts kit! lol. 1971, 1971, 1971, 1971!!!!!
That knob looks like it came off my grandmas nightstand! lol It's to protect the handle in the box I guess.
Academy advertised this sight on the gun but with no plate. They screwed it on with a gap between the gun. 485 for the gun and 200 for the sight there.
Awesome and helpful video. BTW you have astigmatism, I have it too. That's why the dot doesn't look like it does in the camera
