I loved this combination. Mary aides Patti in staying on pitch and not over doing a soulful song as this one. Mary J.,like Ms. Franklin's original take of the same song,is emotional and spiritiously uplifting. She assisted Patti in staying true to the mood and method the song was written for. I thank both women. I have this entire CD with Patti's greatest hits. Praises to both women and their execution of their natural instruments(their voices). They did US ALL PROUD. clapping loudly!..
