The first time she spooks, a dog charged a gate and she wasn't anticipating it.The second time she spooked a man was cleaning some dead leaves and I'm pretty sure it sounded like the dog running up again lol.

One of my hauls from ChicksSaddlery.com came in the mail today! Super stoked and happy with my purchase. I find they are one of the cheapest places to go for horse tack, but have some real gems of tack and what not for sale. Of course you get your occasional hit and miss but I'm overall happy with my order. Sorry about the camera going out of focus, my lens got scratched.

My parakeet has 5 eggs in a nest. one of the eggs hatched she seams to be a really good Momma so I don't wan't to do anything to stop that but I also want them to be use to me. what should I do.
Commonly, handfed babies are pulled at 10 days. Otherwise you _could_ handle them occasionally to get them used to you, but only if the parent doesn't dislike it. Always remember to wash your hands beforehand to kill germs that might spread to the baby.
Are you using a spoon of some kind?
did u pull the baby to early from its mom and dad it should have been with mom and dad for two weeks further more I would have used a small syringe.

Husnain Abbas don't go getting one especially if you were not taught how to feed one I would find an aviary and have them teach you
A breeder or aviary may sell you very young bird with the provision you not take it home until weaned. They may then let you help with feedings. The baby will love you before you even take it home :)

No. Cerelac is milk based product. Bird do not have enzyme to digest milk and gets diarrhea with it. Never feed cerelac to bird.

You honestly get what you pay for, I would check out Dover or smartpak they are professional brands and would work a lot better. A lot of the things you received was cheap.

+Hannah Bosworth I try to be a thrify shopper when I can. I didnt have the luxury of parents who paid for any of my items and had always paid for my college and horse 100%. To my surprise a lot of the items I bought have lasted up until now, some others didnt but I wasnt too sad since I hadnt paid much for them. Also chicks usually sells the mane n tail much cheeper than my local tack shop, so I like to take the risk and order from them lol.
+Hannah Bosworth It doesn't matter if it's from Dover or Smartpak with big brands, Mane n Tail are a general brand. You can buy it from any shop and it should be the same just different prices. Same with those hooks, Horze is an amazing brand (Australian brand) and is defiantly cheap and is actually extremely good. Some people actually like being cheap stuff because not everyone has a money tree in their backyard and can buy the expensive stuff that'll last long. Sometimes it's just easier to buy the cheaper not may not last long or sometimes it does.
