Hi i just got a X11 attack shark and it just not charging (i can only use when plug it with a cable because no battery left) Is there something wrong with the software update or is it hardware issue? If i disassemble the mouse and try to reconnect the wire will it fix this? thank you

i need your help. I just received this mouse and it performs excellent, except one thing. The scroll wheel hardly scrolls, i compared it to my other mice and it feels like the wheel jusr wasnt oiled (cant tell for sure, its just my feeling), so that each scrolling "step" requires a lot of force. How could i fix this?

I haven't taken my mouse apart but when I plugged it into another computer it started to smell burnt and now it doesn't work, what could it be and when I plug it into my laptop it says The capacity of the USB port has been exceeded.
