You’ve never experienced true magic, until you’ve flown in a Hot Air Balloon over Sri Lanka. The climate in Dambulla - Kandalama is exceptional for flying balloons, due to its extremely calm and predictable nature.
Sri Lanka Balloon Rides generally take place in the early morning (because the weather is more stable), and the average distance they cover, in accordance with the wind speed and direction, is anywhere from one to ten miles. The height at which they fly will vary from tree top level - where we enjoy contour flying at low level to several thousand feet up: the perfect vantage point to observe the majesty of Dambulla - Kandalama area.

How is their beach? Is it stony or sandy? Which floor should we request for luxury rooms( i think that is the min one)
They have a decent stretch of beach for you to enjoy towards the lower pool side. The beach near their main restaurant is rocky but to the rear end of the property, there is a good white sandy beach without any rocks. For a sea view, request for an upper floor room. At least 02nd floor room if possible.

As I remember they have rooms with garden view as well as sea view. They have a tennis court. Table tennis table I can't remember if it was there or not as it was a long time ago I visited.

Ya. Jetwing Lighthouse is a great hotel. Cinnamon Bentota Beach and Marriot Bay Weligama are another two great hotels I can personally recommend.
@@THEHAPPYDUO thanks but my budget matches with 'Araliya Beach Resort & Spa Unawatuna' and Jetwing Lighthouse. It has to be a nice beachfront, delicious food.
I haven't been to Araliya Unawatuna yet. But my experience in Jetwing Lighthouse was good.
