Melobo were invited back for a 3rd time to perform a ceilidh at Pavilion South West Dance in Bournemouth. Pete North was our caller and we had a fantastic evening. This video is a sample of what went on (we actually played for nearly 3 hours). Melobo is a ceilidh band from Wantage, Oxfordshire.

The band played Christmas Carols all evening, but added a couple of traditional folk tunes too. Here we are performing The Grey Buck and Hunt the Squirrel.

Greengage (Justin, Lucia and Howard) played Christmas Carols at Wantage Methodist Church. However, having spent a couple of hours trying to play The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba a few days before at Howard's house, we thought we'd give it a go here. A bit rough but enormous fun. For us.
