    I think I agree to some extent but I do enjoy interacting with my colleagues in person. There is something to be said with interacting directly with people and getting to know them. For our discipline in automotive seat design, it's hard to not interact with the product to make critical decisions. Not easy to do when you are remote. However, I love the fact that it's working for some companies like yours. I like seeing and discussing design ideas with our team members around the product. Great video.

      It looks to me that they are using Rhino 3D, which I have used since 2000. Great software, super user friendly; however, not the industry standard for regulated industries like medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics where SOLIDWORKS speaks first.

It's worth noting that creative fields like this one can be pretty competitive when it comes to landing great jobs. With technology always evolving, the scope of industrial design is set to broaden even further. To stay ahead of the game, think about diving into areas likeUX/UI, sustainable design, digital design tools, and incorporating AI into your process. Staying on top of trends and always learning will help you carve out a successful path in the field!

    I'm just 17, and I'm thinking to pursue a 4 years bachelors in designing, specialised in ui ux, what's your take on this, what are the future scope and future market , and the degree is pretty expensive like 10-12 lakhs

    • @HatchDuo
      @HatchDuo 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I would say that among design or creative degrees, UI/UX is one of the safer bets as far as accessibility of jobs after finishing the degree. There are a lot of UI/UX positions out there (depending on the health of the economy 4 years from now). As in any creative field, the employment landscape will be very competitive, so if your dream is to work for a big name company or a prominent design consultancy, it will take a lot of focused time and hard work to build skills that stand out from all the other UI/UX grads. - Blake, Partner/Design Director at Hatch Duo.
