Nearly all the TH-cam videos on the Philippines are about the young women there. They are someone's daughter or sister and like anyone, they don't want shady foreigners approaching them. They are smart, religious and bilingual. They have high aims for their lives in terms of their jobs, careers and family. Don't mistake friendliness for promiscuity.

Its sad that Filipinos absolutely refuse to fix there own economy
1. Maybe pass an English course. "Their" not "There" 2. The downtown in this video is cleaner and safer than most major U.S. cities. 3. You obviously have never been to BGP or Makati in Manila. You obviously have never been to the IT Park or the Ayala area in Cebu. There are horrible areas of the these two cities. But I personally have witnessed over the last 18 years of visiting the Philippines a noticable growth in the middle class. Then, hardly any private passenger cars but buses, jeepnees, tuk tuk and bubble bubble (motorcycle rides for hire. Even peddle trikes for hire. Now lots and lots of personal vehicles, decent neighbors springing up. Infrastructure improvement. It's happening, they are trying but thy are digging out of a deep hole. Give these wonderful happy people some credit. They are moving ahead, we are going backwards. Wake up.

Illegal hackers, illegal call centers, illegal job ad postings, people always harassing and trying to steal money from foreigners aka scamming and fraud. People always in a bad mood, and let's not forget that the government got there entire systems hacked in 2023 , the Philippines has very bad cyber security. The Philippines is not as safe as you make it out to be, it's insanely corrupt.
