Born and raised in Novi Sad, serbia, Layzie has carved his path in the local electronic music scene for almost a decade.
His earliest djing ventures came at the young age of 16, and he struck his first residency in club Compressor at the age of 18, showcasing his peculiar selections and seamless mixing techniques. Quickly recognized by the locals, through the years he established himself as a staple among young serbian talent and quickly noted residencies in club Tunnel and social club.
In 2015 he ventured into production, releasing music for numerous labels and achieving fame with his own take on Ricardo Villalobos’ track. This hard work was rewarded with him playing parties all around europe and crowned with the famous EXITfestival’s Dance Arena set, a prestigious act in any artists’ career.
Currently residing in his hometown, Layzie is focused on reinventing his old self, stepping bravely into new genres, playing hard-hitting detroit electro-house and acid tracks and sharpening his own production skills.
