Im going to excersize, 1 hour hour, each 24 hour days for 365 days and beyond, i want to feel gratitude, to love someone, so that consists of mild suffering, such as the mild high chili 🌶️ spice im eating it burns but not as much as the regret of my sins, damn no where close because the chili fades after 1 minute, the black hot pepper after 30 minutes if you consume fast enough with Ice cream 🍦 or milk, but my sins theyre still forever there never changed, i hold here and now and always have the power of change for good or evil, to change , choose my thoughts my decisions, my response to evil, so that i do not fall into the hell i was in, and towards my human relationships too, i feel i am literally zuko, especially as a male im unique in that way im not female so i cant relate to Freaking frozen female hero, and so zuko yelling at his seemingly predestined fate, and himself i would, "Come on strike me! Youve never held back before! Aaaahhhhhh!!!!!" Because of the stupid decisions ive created im suffering in my personal hell, such as my personal computer laptop, we all have self made hells in us and around our physical environment. I need to cry as i try fighting my urges for evil laziness, lust, greed, hatred emotional or by word with little power but my words do have negative effect, my physical actions of violences, i dont know whos harder to forgive me Brian or the humans whove abused and never asked my forgiveness, guess what hurts the most is the truth in this harsh reality i have to ask forgiveness from those i hurt to possibly me forgiving those who hurt me, it hurts because it seems I'm the one to initiate everything good. And its painfully heart stabbing i cant do it because im always breaking down mentally retreating in comfort which now feels discomfort because i now know all the god blessed time i am damned if i keep sitting here in comfort , so now i feel uncomfortable when comfortable when im doing some action lacks productivity, i need to see show again by myself and when i have my wife ill watch this show with her, i watched when boy in elementary so i have the desire to watch it again when im a better everything good a human male, the strongest man in all of my family theyve never seen, not father yet, but yeah i can see my future becoming brighter, mabey its not so evil and dark unless i create it today and tomorrow and yesterday a evil and dark day, i pray its good and light filled love of God Jesus Christ but damn it i cant see it sometimes and return back to the evil comfort, I can take it.
