Hi there!
My name is Na Eun, also known as Jiggy. I am a Mental Health Motivational Speaker, mindset & performance coach, mentor, and relational intelligence facilitator.
TLDR; I neglected the proper grieving process throughout my life after a number of traumatic experiences and losses because hustle culture told me to suck it up and keep grinding. I continued striving for perfection and excellence in ALL that I do while my mental, emotional, and physical health were deteriorating, as I ignored all warning signs. As a result, I've dealt with the detrimental consequences.
Today, I'm devoted to guiding students and athletes to not make the same mistakes, and helping the human beneath the beast feel heard and seen.
I believe in the power of vulnerability, self-compassion, and self-awareness joining hand-in-hand with high performance, focus, persistence, integrity, and hard work.
I'm going to show you how to be both, and all.
