Platelet rich plasma (PRP) Preparation
1.Collect Blood in PRP Tubes
2.Centrifuge 3500RPM 10min.
3.Remove platelet poor plasma (PPP)
4.Gently rock the PRP tubes
5.Collect in a syringe
6.Activate without additives
7.Administer to the area needed
Precautions
PRP should be applied to the same patient from whom the blood was drawn.
Storage of tubes containing blood at or below 0°C may result in tube breakage.
Storage of tubes above 40°C may damage the gel stability.
Do not use tubes if foreign matter is present.
All anticoagulants are clear.
Do not use tubes after their expiration date.
Do not re-sterilize and do not attempt to clean this product.
Do not use products if sterile package is already opened or damaged.

I think you need to better explain what the procedure is good for what it does and what we can expect from it instead of talking about the patient consented to it sounds like a CYA and then you’re talking about the kit I mean really tell us what the procedure does what is it can you explain that weird I would never Get the treatment from someone who can’t adequately explain what we can expect from the treatment. I mean, this is basic, 101.

The dr that I asked for prf told me there is no difference between prp and prf.
Im sure that is how he/she knows. Everyday there is something new to learn. I am sure you can google and find many medical journals and publications about PRP vs PRF.
Hi , it’s amazing what are you doing ! Major question- what TYPE of tubes ? With no chemicals and properly separated ( unfortunately all those commercial gel tubes demonstrate a SERUMS, not a proper collected plasma ) And speed of centrifuge ? Thank you for this video , amazing

she looks like a very old gal..on her millionth session + facelifts etc. i had it initially two sesdions 4/6 weeks apart and once a year ..fabulous..it can make your face fat if you havent any scaring.. my was acne pregnancy scaring round chin..next session next week 2 months later as its expensive..dont have it all over your face just the areas needed or you will look like madonnas cushion face

The question- HOW to collect PRF part PROPERLY? I not believe those gel or tubes with anticoagulants! It should be some proper speed and proper type of tubes - with no chemicals. Thank you ! Your work is amazing

How many mls of Prf did you use?
It looks like just under 3 ml total. Less than 1.5 ml for the ender eyes and then the rest for the nasolabial folds
Thanks for the video, I learn something each time I watch one of your videos. Today I learned that venting the collection tube will make it MUCH easier to draw up the PPP for incubation without accidentally mixing RBCs into it!

This is a injectable PRF , once it clots we can not inject. It will form clot after it was injected. Try 800 RPM 5min You have 10 min to inject.

Kindly explain the step of connecting both prp needles with connector....the purpose of the step is simply to mix the two syringes or something else?
In this particular case the clinician is mixing HA as well as activating platelets!

Thank you for the informative video! I was hoping you could answer a few questions? What allergies would someone have to have for PRP to be contraindicated? Are tubes treated K2EDTA similar to the gel/citrate preservative used in your video? I've seen other injectors inject prp after the microneedling session. Is there just as much benefit to using the prp topically with the microneedling procedure? Or are there additional benefits to injecting the prp?

first of all you should be wearing gloves if you are trying to keep the instruments sterile and not put your hand on the tool that is applied to the clients face.

like any other procedure it has risks as well. all professionals must be properly trained before offering this procedure.
Did you mean G force at 800. Your RPM should be much higher than 800. Optimal liquid PRF for injection is 700 G for 8 min.

What size of the tip
I've had a PRP done last year and I just did PRF for the first time 2 days ago (Saturday) there is much more plump-ness in my face from the PRF facials. I would say that my face is still a bit swollen in the cheeks and jaw area from the injections, but overall, I love it and will plan to do it again every 6 months. I had asked my Medspa if they could inject some into my eyes and lips, unfortunately, they said "No, we don't do that here" which I thought was weird. I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico and my PRF cost $699

@@alexissashanicolle8675 I've had under-eye filler to care for the hollows in that area. PRP won't filler those. I now get PRP 4x yearly and follow up with a Hydrafacial to clear dead skin. Highly Recommend!

Anesthesia cream is appiled 30 minutes before the procedure. The quantity of prf depends on patient to patient. We need 4 to 5 session of tbis to get good result
