🧘♀️ You can practice from the comfort of your home, no matter your age, fitness level, or flexibility!
This seated flow is easy and can be done on a yoga mat or even a carpet. These simple asanas help you focus on the present moment and release stress. 💭💭
Things to Remember:
1. Practice on an empty stomach, with a gap of 3 hours after a meal. If you’ve eaten fruits, 2 hours is enough.
2. Wear loose, comfortable cotton clothes. Avoid tight, synthetic clothes.
3. If you're a beginner, keep a mirror nearby to check your posture and correct yourself.

@Beginners_Yoga when we bath before yoga when we do yoga we get sweat, when we finish yoga go for a bath that makes us more refreshing. But still thanks for this information
