We are Tim and Andrea, and we make up this channel called T&A Adventures. We are in the process of selling our old house in Pennsylvania and moving to a new house being built in South Carolina. During this transition, we are going to live in our 29 foot motorhome. This channel will highlight our adventures. It will show what real life looks like living full time in an RV. We will review campgrounds along the way...give ideas, thoughts, and tips on a variety of topics. Most importantly we are going to have fun along the way. South Carolina Low Country Snow 2025
This adventure is a lot of fun. A very rare weather event happened for us here in the Low Country of SoCar. The last time it happened was 2018. In January of 2025, we got snow in the LoCo. This adventure shows what it's like when snow falls where it usually doesn't. Also, you will get to see old people sledding down a 20 foot berm, which is worth the price of admission. Thanks for the information in the perspective of the residents at Sun City Hilton Head. The videos from the realtors are good but a little suspect because they have something to profit from. Resident videos I like much better because the only profit you get from the videos is a fraction of a penny for each video view, once you get monetized, thus I tend to take opinions from residents like yourself much more to heart than the realtor videos. Keep up the great work. Viewer from a fellow Pennsylvanian (Near Hershey).

It's a nice campground but very pricey. There are other options such as the KOA in Lewiston, NY (much cheaper) and Four Mile Creek State Park Campground in Youngstown, NY.

Great job, Tim & Andy! So glad the rain stopped and we still got to go on the tour! We all learned a little something and now i have a better appreciation for the wildlife that we are coexisting with. Congrats. Would love to see a follow up post after you move in. Interested in seeing the walk-up attic, the the network/cable panel in the laundry room, and knowing whether you are happy with the ceiling audio speakers in the main room. Interested in knowing after moving in if there is anything you wish you did differently. I intend to buy same model (Mystique?).
We are already working on this content. Post move in, with all the boxes. Top 10 things we love about the new house. Also an interesting take on things we wish we did differently.
