If you want to make anything winter you can do leggings or longstockings you can do a turtleneck and you can also flip the dress So the vehicle is in the back and its high neck in the front so when you have the turtleneck on you can easily have a statement necklace. The best accessory a pair of boots you can play off of the colors with the dress. So for the type of dress you're wearing I would go with either a dark brown or even like a medium brown.
