To everyone who calls Otto a simp, yes he is a simp, but it takes a backseat in his plan. His love for Kallen isn't his only motivation, to him, Kallen was the best of humanity. Which he admits he sees in others, he helped them while acting like the villain, explaining the mask when doing major plot points. He saw himself as the worst of humanity and thats why he hated himself and did everything he did.

Technically we're even worse than Otto in this meme. Otto at least had a good motive, she was his childhood sweet heart and the only one who could call family. While the other has a relationship long not even half a day. I know for sure the MC is gonna get over it relatively quick and it will not be as hurtfull as the death of a Nameless.
