The cable car line is divided into 2 sections with a total length of 3 kilometers. The scenic area is not open to foreign tourists yet.

So, the strange thing about this particular video of China, is that there is no one around. Where are the people. There is almost 1,5 billion people in China no matter what time of day or night. Where are the people? They don't all sleep during the night time.
People are working during the day, and at night they are usually at home, in parks, or in shopping malls. Only on weekends are there many people on the streets.
