Hi, thank you for asking, I’m doing okay ish at the moment. I haven’t seen a therapist or anything but I plan on getting a new insurance that’ll cover mental health so that I can find out if I have any undiagnosed mental stuff that might be getting in the way. I have been told by multiple people with adhd that I show a lot of signs of that, I also know for certain that I struggle with anxiety and have had problems with it my whole life. I’m hoping to see someone about these soon so that I can get some confirmation and see what I can do to improve my health.
@@LilSkyGirl That's great you're taking the initiative towards self understanding and growth. I was diagnosed with ADHD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder about a decade ago. Whatever path or method you choose to face or overcome these obstacles , just know you are not alone. I hope all goes well for you Sky.
